		<description>Ah, the eternal struggle of scouts vs. coaches. Personally, I think the Cape League coaches did the right thing. The all-star game is just a show for the fans. It does not matter who wins or loses.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;The scouts have no right to complain. They&#039;re working in one of the most beautiful places in the world, and the regular season games are in parks that are minutes away from each other!</description>
