Update to Trademark Issue

For people who have been following this issue, there isn’t much new information here; but it seems the end of the story is near - for now. The issue may resurface each year for the four teams who have chosen to keep their nicknames. The agreement states that those teams - the Mets, Red Sox, Mariners and Braves - will have to notify MLB by September 1 of each year as to whether they intend to keep those nicknames for the following season or make a change.
