Thanks for the clarifying question. Yes, the area around Field Box 79 is what I have in mind. See the seating chart I added to this post.

I chose this area along the left field line because my son and I always walk from the T station and enter through Gate E on Lansdowne St. Then its a short walk to the seats along the left field line — and it’s usually not too crowded.

Phil: I believe it should be “Field Box” 79 which is one of the lower boxes below Section 31. Greg is coordinating the meeting so I’m sure he will verify that for you.

Do you possibly mean meeting at Section 29 rather than 79? I don’t think the Fenway sections go that high numerically, and my son is working this summer as a Tour Guide there … he’s never mentioned so many sections.

Really enjoy your blog. I go to it every morning along with the other Cape League blogs.
