		<description>The upperclassmen have played summer collegiate ball before and are more used to the grind. The freshmen players all probably played 18u summerball and showcases in the past, and know the grind also, except the part of being away from home an extended period.

Summer ball is suppose to emulate the grind of MILB and handling that grind is part of that 6th tool called &quot;makeup&quot;.

Most, if not all of the reasons for player departure in any league are valid so not sure why that was even a subject on the other thread.</description>
